Approved for the amount of Euro 163,925.00, of which the Public Contribution granted is Euro 131,140.00

The project that was carried out has upgraded and improved the structure with particular attention to raising the acoustic requirements of the rooms and improving the quality standards of the services offered. In particular, the existing balconies have been renovated with the installation of porcelain stoneware and their waterproofing. Furthermore, the management system for receiving and organizing customer and room orders has been updated and innovated through the purchase of a specific tool.

Some of the existing windows have also been replaced with new generation ones equipped with stratified thermal glass which guarantee, in addition to better thermal insulation, and therefore greater comfort for guests, also an improvement in acoustic insulation always to the advantage of the quality standards offered to customers, with the replacement of the windows also renovated by the company Funari Filippo.

Another intervention carried out consists of the redevelopment of the terrace-solarium from which you can enjoy the magnificent panorama of the main peaks of the Sibillini Mountains through the replacement of the iron railing with a new generation one and in line with the safety regulations in tempered/hardened glass carried out by the company Trobiani & Giannini srl in addition to the renovation of the flooring with the installation of a porcelain stoneware covering for exteriors; finally, a structure in lamellar fir wood has been created positioned on the terrace itself so as to make it more functional and usable by customers during all periods of the year, even in the winter months.

As for the improvement of accessibility, the website of the activity has been renewed as per the updated estimate of the company BeeSoft srl. Finally, some of the existing toilets have been renovated, improving their usability and installing a solar thermal system for the production of domestic hot water aimed at saving energy using renewable sources.

Finally, also for the sake of greater security, a video surveillance system and a WiFi network have been installed throughout the structure as per the updated estimate issued by the company M&P Sistemi snc. The renovation operation is completed by some interventions already carried out at the date of presentation of the project such as the purchase of a back bar cabinet (see invoice issued by the company Arte e Legno).
