The Hotel Monti Azzurri usually offers half-board (HP) or bed and breakfast (B&B) and upon request, full board. Additional services such as lunch, dinner, etc. can always be added later by contacting the reception. For hikers, sandwiches, etc. can be prepared by notifying the reception the night before.

For any emergencies, we are available 24/7 at an internal number.

Drinks:
all drinks consumed at the bar must be paid for at the time.

Breakfast:
from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.

Rich breakfast buffet with regional and seasonal products, bread from the local bakery, homemade pastries.

Half-board:

Dinner:
From 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Dinner consists of a choice menu to be agreed upon at breakfast.

Gluten-free and lactose-free food: please inform us of your intolerances/allergies at the time of booking.

Restaurant:
Inside the Hotel, you will find the typical restaurant "Borgo Antico" with an à la carte menu.

Late Check-out:
use of the room until 6:00 PM €60.00. Late check-out is subject to availability and prior reservation.

Well-behaved dogs and other pets:
must be reported at the time of booking. €12.00 per day (without food).

Pets are not allowed in dining areas. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

Cancellation:
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival is free. Cancellation up to 10 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking price. Cancellation from 10 days before arrival: 70% of the total booking price. In case of early departure: 50% of the agreed daily rate for each unused day. In case of no-show: 80% of the total booking price. In case of early departure, the deposit paid will be retained or credited for the next stay.

Night entrance:
Near the entrance of the bar, you will find the night entrance. If you return after 10:30 PM, please bring the key to your room, which also opens the night entrance door.

Excursions:
a few steps from the Hotel is the "Casa Del Parco" where you can find all the information for your excursions.

Smoking:
in accordance with national law, smoking is strictly prohibited in all hotel rooms, as well as in the dining room and common areas.

Internet:
Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all common areas and also in the rooms. Lost & Found: The Management declines any responsibility for forgotten or lost items. Please report any missing items within 1 week of departure and, in case of retrieval, indicate if you would like it returned. In the case of finding forgotten items in the hotel, shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient. If it needs to be shipped via express courier, the shipping cost will be charged to the recipient's credit card.

Payment:
We require a 40% deposit of the total amount as indicated in our confirmation email.

N.B.
Please do not forget to indicate in the reason for payment the booking period and the name of the booking holder. If payment is made well in advance, please bring the payment receipt to the hotel, as it may take up to a week for the credit to be processed.

The balance can be paid on the evening before departure. Cash payment is possible up to €1,999.00. We accept all major credit cards (except American Express).

Parking: You can park your car in the public parking lots around the Hotel.
